| SPECIALIST NURSES:- An
additional rate of £2.16 per hour will be added to the standard rates
for specialist nurses (e.g. Midwives, ITU, Theatres, A & E, etc.) |

| OVERTIME RATES:- Overtime
rates will be paid after a basic of 37 hours worked on the same booking,
and/or after 20:00hrs Monday to Friday. Temporary staff working overtime
in their own hospitals after 17:00hrs will also be paid overtime rates.

| STAND-BY/ON-CALL:- The
minimum period paid for work during an on-call/stand-by is one hour. |
| |
| MEAL BREAKS:- Please
deduct the time spent at meal breaks when confirming duties. |
| |
| TRAVEL ALLOWANCE:- Where
agreed, a travel allowance may be claimed of twenty pence per mile or
public transport fares, up to a maximum of five pounds per day. |

| HOLIDAY:- STAFFING ENTERPRISE
will pay holiday in accordance with the Working Time Regulations. |
| |
| SICK PAY:- STAFFING ENTERPRISE
has a sickness scheme in force to which you may be entitled. |
| |
| FINANCIAL SERVICES:-
STAFFING ENTERPRISE can guarantee income for the purpose of acquiring
a mortgage and loans. |
